Payment
Cheques or Postal Orders - We accept cheques or postal orders made payable to The Bressingham Gardens with your order. We will only bank your cheque on the day of dispatch.
Credit Cards - We accept payment by MasterCard, Barclaycard, Visa, Switch and Maestro. Please note that we do NOT accept American Express. We will only charge your credit card for the items sent on the day of dispatch.

Order Acknowledgment. If you would like an acknowledgment of your order, please let us have your email address or include a stamped addressed envelope with your order.

Despatch Dates. Despatch of plants will normally be within 7 days unless otherwise instructed by customers.

Order Collection. Orders can be collected by prior arrangement. Please let us know your telephone number so that we may call you when it's ready. Why not visit the gardens and collect your order at the same time?

Pot size. AllWe reserve the right to supply open ground divisions in the event of shortages in pot grown plants.

Postage & Packing UK Orders - £5.95 for orders up to £75. £9.25 for orders over £75.

Export orders - For Channel Islands, Southern Ireland & Scottish Highlands & Isles £21.95 for orders under £75 and £43.90 for orders over £75. For EU Countries £26.95 per box.

Prices. Prices quoted on this website supersede all those given in previous catalogues. The prices are valid for sales to customers in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands only. Value added tax at the current rate is included in prices where applicable.

Labelling. All varieties are guaranteed true to variety and colour and are separately bagged and labelled.

Damages/Shortages. We pay as much attention as possible to the execution of your much appreciated order. Should there, in spite of our care, be any goods damaged in transit or found to be short-packed on delivery, please let us know within seven working days and we will replace or refund depending on stock availabilty.

Unavailable Plants and Bulbs. Because some of our range are varieties that are not generally offered, our stocks are sometimes limited. If a variety is not available on despatch, we will only include a substitute if you have elected to do so. Otherwise we will give credit on your account if paying by cheque or postal order. If paying by credit card you will not be charged for the missing item(s).

Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Website illustrations. We illustrate items as accurately as possible, but it's sometimes a little difficult to reproduce exactly nature's more delicate shades. Please note that the variations in colour can occur through growing in different soil types or locations.
